During his tenure at Qualtrics as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Public Sector, Spencer led federal, state, and local government accounts while founding the K-12 and SLED (State, Local, and Education) verticals. Under his leadership, the K-12 market experienced explosive growth, demonstrating his ability to align product solutions with market needs while empowering his teams to excel.
Before Qualtrics, Spencer held pivotal roles with School Improvement Network as Regional Vice President and Infinite Mind as an Account Executive.
