Abby has 30 years experience in government and government affairs, ESG and corporate governance matters. Utilizing her expertise at the intersection of government and business, she now serves as a Non Executive Director on five corporate Boards including: Ardagh Group and Ardagh Metal Packaging (NYSE-AMBP) Luxembourg based sustainable packaging companies; SmartStart, a Dallas based alcohol interlock manufacturer and Apollo portfolio company; Vitakey, a nutrition technology platform start up; and ÃÛÌÒÇéÈË/Varsity Tutors (NYSE:NRDY) a leading St. Louis based curated platform for live online learning.In August of 2022, Abby departed the Kraft Heinz Company after 21 years, most recently leading their Global Government Affairs function, as an Advisor to the Board, member of the Foundation Board and ESG principal. Earlier in her career Abby worked in and around government including on Capitol Hill, within a national trade association, two federal
agencies and in presidential and party politics. Abby has been named one of “Washington’s Most Influential People by Washingtonian Magazine. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Inn at NIH and Ford’s Theatre, and is a member of the Washington Economic Club (WEC) and Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB).
